Question:My computer doesn't run one of your games properly. Please help!
Answer: Updating your Windows System and device drivers is a good idea. Visit Microsoft's free update service at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and contact your PC Helpdesk to get help finding the freshest drivers to your hardware!
It is also commonly known that running certain combinations of applications at the same time can cause some PC's to halt and give an error message. Restart your computer, close unnessecary programs your computer might start automatically in the System Tray (usually located in the down-right corner of your screen) and give the game a shot again.
